Through a long relationship with one of Canada’s top internet radio stations, RadioDowntown.ca, Cambiara Group and our partners at HC2advantage, we launched a new weekly radio show in May 2025, called
“Work in Progress: Navigating Today’s Changing Workplace”.
Whether its the threat of tariffs on today's businesses, the retirement wave of “boomers”, the increase of Canadian-based (and proud of it) industries, and an emergence of entrepreneurs like never before, are all shifting the world of work as we know it. Once-predictable workplaces are now transforming because of layoffs, location moves, closures, personal choice and life in general with people revisiting their careers, commutes, family impacts, and futures.

It’s a stressful time for some and an inspirational time for others.
Join co-hosts Jim Ellis and Gary Hepworth every Thursday at 1pm EST, with rebroadcasts at 7pm, as they talk about this transformation of the world of work in Canada.
